WHO CONTROLS YOUR DATA
Old Warrior Fight Club is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to oldwarriorfightclub@gmail.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
For launch-list signups we collect your email address and, if supplied, collection interest. For pre-order interest we collect your name, email address, country, selected design, rashguard size and shorts size. We also process limited technical information needed to secure and operate the forms.
WHY WE USE IT
We use this information to manage Drop 001 launch communications, send pricing and pre-order information you requested, understand demand by design and size, and protect the forms against abuse. Marketing emails are sent on the basis of your consent.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Cloudflare is used to host and secure the website and process form requests. Brevo is used to manage the email/contact list. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security arrangements.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep launch and pre-order interest information while it is needed for the launch relationship or until you withdraw consent, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate legal or administrative reasons.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe option in our emails. Depending on applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR where it applies, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
